Open Question: I want to do something that makes a difference, but I don't know exactly what..?

every once in a while, I get these "inspiration" moments that can last minutes or hours. what happens during these moments is that I think alot, and and get really inspired to do something but I don't know what. I really want to do something that makes a difference somehow.

I'm a 16 year old girl, lesbian. Im tall and skinny. I'm a musician, (I have a natural talent for music) mainly percussion (in school band) and piano (outside of school). I love to draw. my personality is bubbly, affectionate, hyper, energetic, enthusiastic, sarcastic. I'm an emotional person but I also have rage if I get upset. I have kind of a short attention span, I'm pretty easily amused, and I'm a huge kid at heart (I love disney and all that kid stuff). I'm kind of awkward and weird sometimes, and I guess I'm kind of tom boyish too. I'm lazy, a bit impulsive, but passionate about things I love. love video games.

what I want to do as a career is a high school teacher, majoring in music and monotony in history. and I really plan to stick the that. but when I'm in these moments, I feel like I could be doing something important with my life, rather than just becoming a music teacher. my mom went to a physic once and the physic told her that I was going to do something big and important with my life. and that's kind of what I want to do, I want to do something important. not for fame or anything but to actually help something.
I have this one thought or idea in my head that, in my mind, if I could play out this idea, it could be something great. but I have a creative imagination, so I don't know if it would actually work.

this idea I have in my head is simple I think though. many talented people get recognized through youtube. I'm not trying to be cocky and say I'm talented because I'm a very modest person. but I think if I were to get popular on youtube by doing something, like playing piano or anything, I could get a message out and make a difference. I'm huge on lgbtq rights and all that. so my idea is that if I could become popular somehow so people would know me, I could help with lgbtq rights and stuff like that, and I think that me being gay would help too.

I'm not sure if that is realistic though. I would live for that to happen, and I'm not saying it because I want fame, but again because I feel like I should be at least trying to make a difference. but again, I'm not sure if that idea is reasonable, maybe I just needed to get that thought written out instead of having it in my mind, but I don't know.

if anyone has any ideas or thoughts or anything to help me, either feedback on the idea or something else I could do, please tell me. I feel like instead of doing nothing, I should at least be trying to do something to help something I care deeply about. sorry this is longish, but thank you for any help you have or anything
