Open Question: Are you tired of all the shows & news about all the foods bad for you?

I know were are facing an epidemic with obesity being its highest ever, especially with our youth, but everyday it is another food you should not eat. I eat healthy, and I'm not overweight, and I exercise daily and I feel that depriving yourself completely of the foods you love is going to lead to failure. I always have a cheat day where I eat what I like.
Food is to be enjoyed, not gorged upon. Our main problem is INACTIVITY! Sitting behind computers all day, So much TV, video games, overworked, that we just don't burn enough daily calories. All food should be enjoyed in moderation & be Active. It is okay to eat a slice of pizza, or a cheeseburger, fries, cake, once in awhile and Always eat veggies,fruits, & lean meats.

What is your opinion on all the "bad" foods and deprivation?
