Open Question: The video game industry and the law?
I'm doing a project for my Law 12 class, and the topic is basically just "____ and the law". The teacher called us up one by one to find out about our interests and try to help us pick a topic and all, so I mentioned a few things that I like, including video games, and he wants me to do my project on that.
At first I thought it was kind of cool, but the video game industry is so big, I don't know where to start, and I'm kind of panicking now. Does anyone have any ideas about where and what I should start researching? I mean, aside from piracy issues and stuff, or violent video game laws, I really can't think of anything else.
And just to clarify, not asking anyone to "do my homework" for me, I just want a push in the right direction. Some general topics and ideas, or places I should start looking (and no, I don't mean 'link me to a search engine like Google' or anything) would be great.
